Viva Las Vegas

Last Friday night Mike and I got home from our little mini vacation. We didnt think we would really have time to do much considering we were only going for 2 nights and we drove. Boy were we WRONG! We stayed at the Luxor, and the first 5 feet we walked through the door we got roped into going on a Timeshare Tour. We were a little nervous at first about going, but they promised Free Show Tickets to Carrot Top (I think he's freakin hilarious), free buffet tickets, and free gambling money, which we turned into $80 bucks of cold hard cash.
All in all we hit THREE buffets...

Walked the strip, watched some street performers, who happened to be out performed by these (intoxicated) people...

We visited the M&M store ...

Mike partook in the oxygen bar (and felt a little like a cancer patient) ...

Went through the "Bodies" exhibit (ya, it has REAL human bodies in it. VERY educational, and yet totally makes you want to throw up. If you plan on going, dont plan on eating that day). And we went through the "Titanic" Exhibit. We LOVED this exhibit. Makes you feel like you are in the movie, only with REAL artifacts. They had even recovered an old champaign bottle with champaign still inside! Now thats pretty amazing if you ask me.

Saw Carrot Top Perform...

And we even got to watch Cris Angel shoot part of his upcoming season of "Mind Freak". We think that man is absolutely insane and would never watch his show, but for some reason when the lights are going and a crowd is gathering its hard not to watch...

Whew! What a trip! Mike and I had the best time we have had in a LONG time on a vacation. We had tons of fun, tons of food, and came back and joined a gym the next day! (We felt HUGE after eating so much!)
